What is the time commitment?
You agree on the cadence with your mentor, usually a weekly session plus a bit of independent work in between. We keep it realistic alongside your studies.
Do I need to be an expert to become a mentor?
No. You just need to be ahead enough to help someone else take their next step, and willing to give back. Leadership through service is one of our core values.
Is mentorship remote or in-person?
Both. Our community runs online through Discord, and chapters run local in-person sessions. Your mentor match respects what works for you.
